As a Technology Relationship manager within the Securities Services Client Service group, you'll ensure client satisfaction through targeted and stable technology delivery, to represent the Client's Technology Model to our JPMorgan partners (Technology, Operations, Client Service Managers, Product Development, Product, across LOBs), and to represent JPMorgan's Technology Platform to our Client partners (Technology and Operations). You will be partnering with JPMorgan Technology (Production Management, Application Development and Technology Infrastructure) and Clients to maintain delivery, analyze, propose and implement enhanced client workflow through deployment of technology solutions across all electronic channels.

Job Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact on Technology for assigned portfolio of clients
- Represent J.P. Morgan's Technology Platform on client-initiated technology project
- Develop strong relationships within key client promoting J. P. Morgan technology
- Take responsibility for new product deployment to client including validation of end-to-end workflow
- Ensure that information exchanged between J.P. Morgan and our partners is optimized in terms of accessibility, efficiency, resiliency, and security
- Lead in planning, designing, enhancement and support of the current client data delivery solutions
- Collate feedback of platform improvements through the product development lifecycle
- Support the project management process; includes co-ordination of resources, priorities, issues and risks, scheduling, stakeholder communication with Project Manager
- Take global coverage for franchise clients provided with regional expertise
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with business aligned client facing teams and representatives from each of the clients
- Coordinate across various teams including Operations, Technology, Sales, Product and Client Service, in effective communication (clear, concise, consistent) is critical
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong English & Korean language fluency
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in Technology for Financial and Banking sector working as part of a team delivering technology and data solution in financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable in dealing with data
- Strong end to end ownership, governance, controls, risks, and dependency management
- Ability to work both independently, taking clear ownership for delivery, and as part of a team. Self-motivated
- Effective problem solving. Focuses on accountability, action, and outcomes to ensure solutions meet client needs while aligning business deliverables to the firm's mission and goals
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions on behalf of the client and JPM
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic with a desire to work with a team and a willingness to learn the products and processes of JPM
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Cross product data structure on Fund Accounting, Custody, Securities Lending and OTC derivatives products
- Demonstrated exposure to investment trade lifecycle functions including affirmation processing, trade capture, analytics, settlements, accounting, and cash management
- Awareness of regulatory, industry & infrastructure developments
- Previous experience of project delivery within client experience / integration initiatives
