Supplier Payment & Income Attribution Product Manager

As a Supplier Payment & Income Attribution Product Manager in Global Supplier Services team, you will play a key role in innovating new product offerings and leading the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that provide value and ensuring successful product launches. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will focus on delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Establish a product vision aligned with business priorities, user needs, and market trends to advance research.
  • Develop a strategic product roadmap balancing business value, user needs, and technology strategy.
  • Communicate the product roadmap to ensure transparency and buy-in from GSS business leaders and firmwide stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with UX Research & Design, Software Engineering, and Operations leads to define product direction and deliver on the roadmap.
  • Define budget and resource allocation proposals with UX and Software Engineering; lead business case creation and socialization for investment needs.
  • Define, track, and measure product success using Key Performance Indicators and Objectives and Key Results.
  • Become an expert on product users and their environments through empathy; create a holistic listening strategy to measure user sentiment (CSATs) and leverage trends in customer support issues for prioritization.
  • Be the expert on the product, capable of answering complex questions about its functionality.
  • Manage backlog, use a prioritization framework to evaluate features, and act as the product owner in the scrum delivery framework, decomposing features into user stories.
  • Lead prototyping efforts with UX to test designs with users before building, ensuring the right solutions are developed first.
  • Prepare the organization for releases by managing UAT testing cycles, conducting demos, and providing training.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Several years of experience in software product management.
  • Experience as a Product Owner in a SCRUM team.
  • Proficiency with development tracking tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Business acumen with ERP systems in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules.
  • Familiarity with mock-up and prototyping tools like Figma and Lucid.
  • Understanding of design thinking techniques (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test).
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to novices.
  • Comfort with presenting to large audiences.
  • Capability to lead meetings with challenging participants.
  • Highly organized and mission-driven with strong self-management skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of Indirect Taxes and working knowledge of Tax Determination Engine
