As an Analytics Solutions Associate in Instrumentation & Metrics team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to the Global Payments Sales and Product organization. You will generate reports using strategic business intelligence tools such as QlikSense and Tableau to support performance dashboards and scorecards. Furthermore, close collaboration with cross functional teams is necessary for success in building trusted partnerships .

  • Develop strong trusted advisor / partner relationships with stakeholders, including cross-functional partners and leadership team
  • Drive change, consensus, and alignment on the target state vision and roadmap across a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Manage the development of strategies and results with our executive stakeholders - includes preparing decks and design materials to share with partner teams, senior management, and executive leadership
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making
  • Create actionable go-to-market plans, benchmark performance against key implementation targets/goals and ensure end-to-end accountability of key stakeholders
  • Define metrics and deliver outcomes for the business through execution of the strategic roadmap and associated plans
  • Manage projects within established timelines, business requirements, operating objectives, corporate and line of business standards, and client needs
  • Manage dependencies and resolve conflicts within projects and partner organizations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience within financial services business, strategy or general management including experience in program management of cross-functional projects
  • Moderate expertise in tools and analytics (e.g., Tableau, Qlik sense or other BI tools)
  • Basic understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling with data
  • Some experience working with relational databases or data warehouses
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify trends
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Moderate experience with SQL for database querying and data manipulation
  • Foundational knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL ) workflows
  • Certifications in BI tools, data management or analytics
