Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the program lifecycle, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement control strategies to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and objectives.
  • Oversee assessment of systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage risks and issues related to control activities.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on program progress to senior management.
  • Utilize data analysis tools like Alteryx and Excel for decision-making.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale control projects.
  • Strong data management skills with proficiency in Alteryx and Excel.
  • Experience in developing governance frameworks and control strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA, CRISC).
  • Experience in strategic advisory, financing, payments, and risk services.
  • Ability to mentor and develop talent within the organization.

This role requires going into the office 5 days a week

Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.
