Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the program lifecycle, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement control strategies to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and objectives.
- Oversee assessment of systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage risks and issues related to control activities.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and partners.
- Monitor and report on program progress to senior management.
- Utilize data analysis tools like Alteryx and Excel for decision-making.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale control projects.
- Strong data management skills with proficiency in Alteryx and Excel.
- Experience in developing governance frameworks and control strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA, CRISC).
- Experience in strategic advisory, financing, payments, and risk services.
- Ability to mentor and develop talent within the organization.
This role requires going into the office 5 days a week
