As a Sr. Product Manager Associate in the Digital Documentation Services Product Team, you will drive adoption of the toolset through engagement with business and technical stakeholders. You will capture stakeholder use cases, recommend implementation approaches, and develop requirements to evolve the toolset to maximize value in relevant business workflows. You will prioritize product development activities and influence cross functional teams to meet stakeholder needs. Job responsibilities

  • Articulate product vision and contribute to development and execution of the product roadmap
  • Maintain effective relationships with sponsors, and key partners to manage stakeholder expectations from requirement definition through delivery
  • Author business requirements, and supporting materials to convey business needs and support prioritization
  • Document end-to-end processes and data flows, create training documentation, release notes and user guides
  • Direct extended feature team with clear guidance and prioritization
  • Collaborate with consumers and SMEs on toolset features and solution design
  • Identify and articulate enhancement opportunities, and functional gaps; apply creativity to solve/bridge such gaps.
  • Partner with IT / Feature Teams to translate stakeholder needs into accurate and complete user stories
  • Author, contribute and confirm test plans, scripts, and success criteria; validate UAT test activities.
  • Triage and prioritize testing, post implementation and production defects
  • Support release events, prior/during/post deployment and maintain a current understanding of evolving data model and complex taxonomy

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis and/or Product Management role
  • 3+ years in a Product Owner role practicing Scrum
  • Proactive self-starter that can work independently while also collaborating across teams
  • High-level oral and written communication; ability to effectively communicate across technology and business partners and across geographies
  • Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
  • Detail oriented and analytical with good working knowledge of data and process design
  • Proficiency in Jira, MS Excel, Visio

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environment preferred
  • Document Management experience
  • Familiarity with data taxonomies
  • Familiarity with JSON and XML formats
