DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Manage end-to-end testing including automation and performance testing across multiple projects at the same time. Create the testing and performance strategy and identify all the dependencies across all dependent systems. Identify the quality and performance issues and bottlenecks and provide recommendations to resolve and optimize the system's performance. Support end-to-end testing including scalability and system performance business needs. Establish a benchmark for existing products and extrapolate for future year-on-year growth. Automation and Performance engineering process into continuous integration and continuous deployment model. Assist cloud enablement journey for core services. Monitor end-to-end systems and create telemetry for all the systems. Determine the capacity testing by extrapolating the current stats in a scaled- down environment. Generate a dashboard and provide the executive summary of system performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 (Five) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineering, Software QA Engineer, Quality Assurance Analyst, IT Consultant, Test Engineer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Architecting functionalities, debugging, and testing on Linux, Windows, and iOS; Designing, developing, and implementing performance testing and engineering practice on the application built on JAVA and .NET; Designing and building performance testing, automation testing scripts and automation framework using programming languages including C, Java, JavaScript, VB Script, Bean Shell Scripting, Unix, and Python; Analyzing IBM DB2 performance metrics and AWR Report for Oracle DB; Writing and understanding complex SQL queries to fetch and validate data from Oracle and DB2 RDBMS; Capturing network responsiveness, latency, data packets, and testing web services and API using SOAP UI, Fiddler and Postman; Providing architecture solution by running performance testing and monitoring performance metrics for application built on public cloud platforms of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure; Designing and building scripts and scenarios for JMeter, Blazemeter, Performance Center and LoadRunner to execute load, stress, and endurance performance tests; Developing automated front-end user interface performance test using tools including Selenium, JMeter and Blazemeter with programming languages including Java and JavaScript; Setting up and running Performance Monitoring agent on server, setting up performance metrics and alerts to collect CPU/Memory Utilization, Transactions response time, Server Logs, Full Garbage Collection, and Heap Dump; Monitoring, analyzing, creating performance summary reports, debugging performance issues and bottlenecks for the Applications or Systems under test with monitoring and analysis; Tools including Splunk, AppDynamics, Wily Introscope, and MS perfmon; Planning, developing, and executing Regression Testing, User Acceptance testing (UAT), Automation Testing and SOA Testing during product life cycle.

Full-Time. Salary: $166,600 - $ 215,000 per year.
