DART (Data, Analytics and Reporting Team) is poised to be the central reporting group for all functions in the CCB (Consumer Community Banking) Operations. We are a global group with presence in US, India & Philippines. The position will collaborate with different stakeholders and across different levels of Management and ensure that the most optimum solution is provided.

As an Senior Associate as part of the Data Analytics & Reporting team, you will have an opportunity to participate in all parts of this process and be able to create an impact via your data analytics, communication, and problem-solving skills and will be responsible to support day-to-day operations/tasks related to a functional area or business partners

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver analytical projects including Segmentation framework, with varying levels of granularity, to deeply understand the data and subject.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to established timelines.
  • Assemble data, build reports/dashboards, and provide input on solutions.
  • Identify risks and opportunities along with potential solutions to unlock value.
  • Invent creative and innovative ways to answer key business questions by leveraging existing data assets or creating new ones. Build expertise on customer data from all lines of business.
  • Synthesize analytical findings for senior business executives in written and verbal formats and influence decisions that impact customers across lines of business.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a combination of business + relevant MIS/ Technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Strong SQL Knowledge (PL/SQL, T/SQL, PostgreSQL or similar)
  • Creating and deploying reports with a BI tool (examples include but not limited to SSRS, Tableau, Microstrategy, Qlikview)
  • Sourcing and compiling data from a tool with ETL capabilities (examples include but not limited to Python, Alteryx, R, SAS)
  • Proven analytics skills - should have strong hands-on experience (5+ years of relevant exp.) in analyzing data, extracting insights, preparing stories, recommending business the suitable solutions/strategy.
  • Some level of business operations & procedures along with the ability to tie into business fundamentals & to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet stringent timelines
  • Must have first-hand knowledge of how to procure source data from multiple locations, integrate them together, and provide usable information for reporting or analysis.
  • General desire and aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies and ability to anticipate and resolve both customer and general issues with a sense of urgency
  • Experience in end to and automation and creation of apps & working in cloud-based environments and developing production level code to execute applications.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in clustering / segmentation projects is a plus
