As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Branch Operations. you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • In partnership with stakeholders and key partners, continuously evaluate and perform analysis of the Product's risk and control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses and determine root cause of control breaks
  • Ensure that controls are properly designed, operating effectively, and reported timely to management
  • Perform ongoing analysis of program related data and regularly track/update KRI/KPI metrics
  • Assist with development of ongoing testing to ensure a constant state of exam readiness, including through developing ad hoc reporting and dashboards using data from key tools within the Product (Jira, Align, Confluence)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Experience in product deployment processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate to expert level knowledge of JIRA and confluence tools, with ability to build dashboards and pull data for analysis.
  • Experience working with multi-level management and complex organizations.
  • Ability to find new ways to test Product controls on a regular cadence to ensure compliance and escalate issues timely.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Branch Operations and/or Systems knowledge preferred.
  • Previous experience in Controls and/or Audit preferred.
