As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Digital Utilities, you are trusted to deliver a critical platform enabling real-time sharing of customer and financial product data across the enterprise, bringing elevated customer experiences through data consistency.

The candidate for this role is a self-starter who is excited about powering extraordinary customer experiences. The candidate will need to collaborate across multiple systems and applications across Chase. This role will work closely with engineers, architects, data scientists, other product owners, and business leaders.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resource
  • Drive the product roadmap for core features and components - Execute and influence the product roadmap for the key features of the Customer & Financial Product Utilities platform
  • Manage key relationships - Work with engineering, architecture, and a diverse set of product teams across the enterprise to understand their needs, drive integration, and influence results
  • Communicate effectively and frequently - Be vocal. Share progress, insights, strategy, and roadmap broadly and systematically
  • Be a Technical & Customer Problem Solver - Ask questions and define the problem from where our platform sits in the Chase ecosystem. Understand the technologies and approaches in use and those we should be using to drive our objectives for these technical products

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Ability to clearly articulate user needs, verbally and written
  • Experience in product management and feature definition/ownership with exposure to large-scale product management
  • Deep analytical skills to uncover end-to-end logic and functionality of a process and to identify comprehensive test case scenarios, contributing to the continuous regression test suite
  • Experience with identifying and managing dependencies and risks
  • Experience working closely with engineers and architects, including enough understanding of technology and systems to effectively solution and collaborate
  • Experience with Agile ways of working, Scrum and ability to adapt agile tools
  • Resourceful and results-oriented self-starter, solid project management skills, and relentless attention to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Advanced knowledge of JPMorgan Chase businesses, processes, and the underlying technological infrastructure
