Join our team as Senior Product Delivery Associate within the CAO Chief Data Office to support our ever-expanding book of work.

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate for Data Strategy integration within the Chief Administrative Office, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration of data products into our data ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to capture requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and support seamless data integration. Your efforts will contribute to the strategic management of data assets and the overall success of our data strategy initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data product needs and align them with the organization's data strategy
  • Capture and document business and technical requirements for data integration, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team
  • Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raise blockers and other impediments to the Data Lake Product team to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful data onboarding and integration
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of data strategy initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 4+ years of relevant industry knowledge, ideally coupled with consulting, data analysis, or product management
  • Experience coordinating projects or processes across multiple teams/constituents
  • Familiarity with data lake concepts, data engineering processes, and data governance best practices
  • Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence or related software for project management and documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • High emotional intelligence; consulting background and an MBA are a plus
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
