As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Liquidity Solutions, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Conducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
- Communicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on time
- Drive ongoing market requirements that contribute to the development and advancement of the US Commercial Bank (CB) physical cash concentration through working closely with product owners and development across financial products and digital channels applicable to the various CB client segments.
- Coordinate product change processes to implement product /feature launches; collaborate on executing market readiness plans and commercialization efforts.
- Solidify the execution of post-implementation activities to monitor product performance and clients' utilization of product features.
- Advance product integrity through refined product analytics and use of key performance indicators; monitor ongoing product performance and client utilization of product features.
- Ensure strong end-to-end product control framework is maintained, including client on-boarding and servicing through ongoing engagement of legal, regulatory, compliance, accounting and tax functions.
- Manage day-to-day priorities in relation to the products by working closely with functional partners and by providing expert support to front, middle and back office; collaborate on the adoption of internal digital tools that improve the internal administration of this product set

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal, written, presentation
- Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong project management, organizational and administrative skills
