Join the Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) CFO organization at JPMorgan, where we act as strategic partners and trusted advisors to the Risk Management & Compliance organization. Our Finance & Business Management team supports the firm's Chief Risk Officer, RM&C Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and the Risk Operating Committee through expense governance, business management, and innovative technology solutions.
As a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant you'll play a crucial role in supporting the RM&C CFO and the associated leadership team. This dynamic position involves coordinating complex schedules, arranging leadership offsites, domestic and international travel and organizing internal and external events. You'll excel in a fast-paced environment, engaging with staff at all levels while demonstrating professionalism, initiative, attention to detail, and resourcefulness. Your ability to build relationships in a matrixed organization and work independently is essential to your success.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain complex and detailed executive calendars, making sound prioritization decisions.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, exercising discretion in information sharing.
- Oversee logistics for daily meetings with senior, C-level, and cross functional participants, including maintaining scheduling, facilitator preparation, and attendance documentation.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, and organize internal events and offsites, covering all logistics such as catering and transportation.
- Process travel and entertainment expenses in accordance with internal policies.
- Prepare and quality-check materials for meetings and events.
- Proactively anticipate and address in advance any potential issues, delays, or scheduling conflicts.
- Embrace and promote digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance process efficiencies and communication.
- Offer Business Management/Operational support for the CFO team to drive business objectives through assisting with seamless onboarding processes for new hires, maintaining cross-functional culture programs, and ensuring cross team training compliance, etc.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Highly resourceful team player with the ability to work effectively independently.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to competing demands while providing exceptional customer/client service.
- Forward-thinking problem solver who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
- Digitally savvy, with the ability to utilize and/or swiftly adopt emerging technologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office, demonstrating advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and possessing strong familiarity with MS Teams.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Additional Information: This role requires five days in the office (Monday-Friday).
