Join JPMorganChase a global financial leader, in Corporate Responsibility Core Operations & Regulatory Reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to support global payments processing, operational processes, lobbying disclosure reporting, campaign finance reporting and political action committee (PAC) administration making a significant impact on our philanthropic and employee giving programs and Global Government Affairs operations.

As a Senior Associate in Corporate Responsibility Core Operations & Regulatory Reporting, you will support end-to-end global payments processing, account reconciliations, and customer service for nonprofit organizations as well as lobbying disclosure reporting, campaign finance reporting and PAC administration. Reporting to the Core Operations & Regulatory Reporting Executive Director and the Vice President of Core Operations, you will work closely with Corporate Controllers, Corporate Finance, CR Tech, Grants Management, Global Government Relations, and Global Political Law. This role requires independence, flexibility, strong process improvement skills, and attention to detail.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage an optimal operations payment environment: support process changes and manage daily team requests.
  • Support Regulatory Reporting processes and PAC administration: Support of PAC end to end disbursements and campaign finance reporting, and Federal and State lobbying reporting tracking, records management and periodic controls review.
  • Process Payments, account reconciliations, nonprofit outreach, and due diligence screening.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure strong, compliant, and risk-averse operational processes.
  • Maintain audit readiness and manage audit scope.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of related experience; Bachelor's degree
  • Strong aptitude for analyzing and developing solutions.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Capacity to learn query processing for software platforms.
  • Team-oriented and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility and willingness to embrace change.
  • Ability to identify business needs and implement solutions.
  • Team-oriented and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in financial services operations, payments, accounting, or change management.
  • Knowledge of query processing for software platforms (vendor proprietary tools, SQL, ETL, Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Ability to interact independently with business partners.
  • Strategic thinking and financial planning skills.
  • Active contribution to team meetings and stakeholder interactions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service mindset
