As a Senior Associate, Travel Partner and Program Marketing within Chase Travel you will drive brand consideration and intent through the development and execution of top-tier travel benefits and partnership marketing. This role is integral to the Chase Travel Group within Connected Commerce and involves close collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams to manage marketing plans supporting Chase Travel partnerships and priority benefits. You will collaborate cross-functionally with other lines of business to build robust marketing programs to grow engagement with travel benefits, create valuable travel partnerships across lodging, air, cruise, and activities and inspire Chase customers to book with Chase Travel.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and launch high-value partnerships and benefits for Chase cardmembers, overseeing the process from vetting and contracting to messaging and communications across channels.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on naming, positioning, activation, and communication strategies for new and existing partnerships and travel benefits.
  • Develop and manage marketing plans for The Edit (luxury hotel program) and other travel programs, including cruise, activities, and events, to position Chase Travel as a high-value provider.
  • Collaborate with the greater marketing team to build strategies for reaching cardmembers through performance and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring creative placements reflect program breadth and strategic partnerships.
  • Work with product and design teams to bring programs and partnerships to life digitally, showcasing partnership benefits as proof points for Chase's unique offerings.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies for travel-related events, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and maximizing engagement with Chase cardmembers. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless and impactful event experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership initiative performance, collaborating with the data and analytics team on key performance indicators.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in program or partner marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and campaigns
  • Proven track record of gaining alignment and building relationships quickly with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Experience working with and managing external relationships
  • Direct or indirect experience in Travel

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong preference for Marketing experience to be with lifestyle consumer brands in travel, entertainment, fashion, or advertising.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to develop and activate compelling partnerships that drive user intent.
  • Consumer-first mindset, leveraging first- and third-party data to develop best-in-class benefits and create valuable partnerships that inspire customer engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset for marketing key partners.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple marketing plans to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Problem-solving mindset to execute brilliantly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Capability to create solutions that address customer-based needs and insights.
