As a Risk Reporting Analyst within our Wholesale Credit Risk Reporting team, you will be at the forefront of providing crucial insights into credit risk. You will have the opportunity to work with industry leaders and contribute to key decisions that shape our business. Your role will be pivotal in delivering complete, timely, accurate, and useful data about credit risk to key stakeholders. You will collaborate with colleagues to prepare report content, manage follow-up actions, and track, escalate, and remediate data issues, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and insight.

Job Responsibilities
- Innovate and Create: Develop cutting-edge processes and workflows to gather and analyze data, ensuring our reports are accurate and insightful
- Collaborate and Connect: Work alongside a dynamic team to aggregate data from multiple sources and present it in a way that tells a compelling story

- Ensure Quality: Monitor data quality controls and document processes to maintain the highest standards in our reporting
- Support Compliance: Assist in preparing relevant documentation to ensure adherence to internal policies and standards
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Analytical Mindset: A Bachelor's degree in IT, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with a knack for understanding new analytical concepts.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills to work seamlessly within a team and communicate across various departments.
- Leadership Potential: A presence that commands attention and effectively communicates with colleagues, auditors, and management.
- Multitasker: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- 1-2 years in financial services with a focus on risk and/or reporting is a plus.
- Tableau and Alteryx knowledge is preferred but not required
