As a Rewards Fraud Strategy - Vice President in Risk Management, you play the critical role to continuously strengthen our fraud control via advanced analytics. You will partner with various teams to establish the fraud defense ecosystem including data, risk capabilities and operations. You will define and support the strategy vision on the target state we would like to achieve and the path to it.

Job Responsibilities
- Leverage internal and external data sources and advanced analytic tools to drive accurate fraud detection
- Partner with product and technology to develop rewards fraud decision engine and maximize the digital verification to provide a seamless experience for good customers to clear fraud concerns through self-servicing
- Partner with operations on effective manual verification procedures
- Collaborate closely with broader fraud risk team and other cross functional teams to leverage best practice and ensure control and compliance
- Establish comprehensive monitoring to ensure execution excellence and identify fraud trends timely
- Proactively communicate fraud trends and closely partner with product and engineering to prioritize fraud initiatives, design and build
- Integrated into the end-to-end product development to ensure seamless customer experience for every customer journey
- Stay on top of the industry trends and adopt industry best practices
- Build a high performing team through recruiting and developing talents
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in risk management/data analytics.
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills with proven track record in working well with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to think strategically to come up with a vison for areas of responsibility, develop roadmaps and drive execution to balance short-term vs long-term solutions
- Strong analytical thought leadership with the ability to leverage AI and machine learning to drive effective and innovative solutions
- Strong process management and project management skills with the ability to drive capability development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and strategically to senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated strong curiosity to learn and attention to details to drive analytical and execution quality
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Relevant fraud experiences preferred
- Product management experience is a plus
