As a Risk Management - Product Portfolio Operations Manager - Vice President in the Consumer & Business Banking (CBB) Risk Management group, you will join our dynamic Risk Product Planning & Agile Transformation Team, dedicated to developing, managing, and supporting risk products that enhance risk-weighted decisions for our consumer banking products. Our team plays a pivotal role in standardizing Agile processes, coordinating financial planning and reporting for a budget exceeding $300MM, and facilitating the integration of cloud capabilities across risk products. We collaborate closely with product owners, finance, and technology teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

We are seeking a highly skilled Agility Product Portfolio Operations Manager to lead and coordinate agility practices and reporting for our Risk portfolio, which includes 7 risk products and a $200MM technology labor budget. This role requires effective collaboration across products and key stakeholders in cross-functional departments. You will be instrumental in preparing semi-annual product portfolio reviews with Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) senior leaders, delivering monthly risk portfolio updates, agility metrics, JIRA Align reporting, and control quality monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage agility practices and reporting for the Risk portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Prepare and present semi-annual product portfolio reviews to CCB senior leaders.
  • Deliver monthly risk portfolio updates.
  • Monitor and report on agility metrics, JIRA Align data, and control quality.
  • Partner with Corporate Technology agility and portfolio management teams to standardize best practices.
  • Implement and track Pulse Survey action items, product control, and hygiene monitoring.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Strong understanding of agility practices and metrics.
  • 5+ years of Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • 5+ years of analytical skills for summarizing agility, control, financial, and data hygiene graphs and metrics.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 2+ years in Financial Services, Consulting, or other related fields
  • Good working knowledge of JIRA and JIRA Align tools
