We are seeking a skilled and innovative innovation and data analytics program associate to support our Legal and Regulatory Change Management (LRCM) Program within Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C). This role will report to the RM&C LRCM Global Lead and will focus on leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the LRCM program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and acute business acumen, with an understanding of the financial industry.

Job Responsibilities
- Report to the Global RM&C LRCM Program Lead to strengthen data analytics and reporting into the LRCM program, aligning with organizational goals and process improvements.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance regulatory change management processes and reporting for Risk Management and Compliance.
- Utilize and/or introduce new intelligent solutions to promote data management, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making and program effectiveness.
- Identify GenAI opportunities for process improvements within the LRCM program.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including ORDG Product Teams and global RM&C stakeholder groups, to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions that meet the business / function's needs.
- Establish and monitor data-related key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to measure program effectiveness.
- Prepare and present data analytics insights and technology-driven solutions to senior management and governance bodies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and data analytics trends to continuously improve the LRCM program.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technology and data analytics.
- Proven success in implementing technology solutions and data analytics in complex projects with significant business impact.
- Experience in data management, analytics, and visualization tools, including proficiency in Alteryx and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level engagement and documentation.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement through technology and data analytics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across business areas.
