DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Leverage a variety of analytical applications to describe, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets. Collaborate with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals. Advise on strategies and analysis to achieve business insight for decisions and prioritization. Work on Key Performance Indicators, trend analysis, and analyses including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to improve business performance. Collaborate across functions and Line of Business to drive analytics, insights and socialization of results. Look at customer interactions and events across a variety of channels (calls, branch, online, mobile) to better understand customer journeys and friction points. Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing sharp insights and conclusions, often for executives. Collaborate closely with data management teams, strategy teams, and other analytics resources across multiple functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems and Technology Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field of study plus 1 years of experience in the job offered or as a Quantitative Analyst, Collections Strategist, Senior Analyst - Customer Analytics, Systems Analyst, Associate - Projects or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technology Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Quantitative Analyst, Collections Strategist, Senior Analyst - Customer Analytics, Systems Analyst, Associate - Projects, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Requires (1) year of experience with Collecting, organizing, transforming, and analyzing data using Alteryx or SAS. Requires experience with the following: Using SQL to query and extract data from enterprise databases including Oracle and Teradata; Eliminating clutter in datasets via data manipulation, and providing executive summaries to senior leadership; conditional formatting, charting, and pivot tables in Excel; Drawing conclusions from complex datasets and presenting recommendations to senior management.
