As a Technology Support III team member in the Payments Technology group, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless user experience.
Job responsibilities
- Provide accurate testing estimates during daily scrum calls.
- Document and execute test scenarios by identifying specific scenarios and writing test scripts using Business Driven Development.
- Utilize test automation tools (Selenium/Cucumber/) for efficient and timely end-to-end test execution, requiring previous experience in automated testing.
- Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes for assigned projects and share information with team members for validation before implementation.
- Monitor and report testing defects and manage the re-testing process.
- Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- 3+ years of experience with Manual/Automation testing
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Experience in Agile project delivery
- Experience defining requirements, document user stories, and execute test scripts with a strong understanding of testing processes.
- Experience managing multiple projects and personnel to meet stakeholder expectations, while building and nurturing relationships across business lines and locations.
- Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
- Bachelor's degree in a technology related field
- Experience with functional and regression testing within the Financial Services industry.
- Working understanding of public cloud
