As a Program Management Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be responsible for the execution and delivery regarding the Firm's regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S. regulators.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with lines of business and key stakeholders to understand their products, capture data, and strategically source data into a cloud-based big data architecture.
- Define and execute project deliverables, including business requirements, testing, operating model assessments, and implementation.
- Identify project risks and issues, escalating issues and roadblocks to managers and stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor the implementation post go-live and remediate resulting issues.
- Deliver applications and tools that enable data management, controls, data modeling, data aggregation, analytics, and reporting.
- Focus on building out and modernizing applications and services for external reporting, aligning with critical firm-wide initiatives in a product owner/scrum master capacity.
- Partner with users, architecture, and technology teams to deliver within an agile framework.
- Manage the prioritized backlog to ensure the team maximizes delivery value for the firm's and FRRA goals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience as a Program Manager and/or Business Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge and experience of US regulatory reporting.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
- Experience with SQL to query data and writing logics is a must, Alteryx and/or Tableau for Dashboarding is preferred.
- PMP certification a plus.
