Job Description
The Marketing, Innovation & Corporate Brand Project & Program Management Lead Consultant is accountable for managing cross-functional marketing and corporate thought leadership projects. The role supports the planning and execution of complex, strategic initiatives and requires strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving and the ability to lead through influence.

Manages high complexity projects independently with no support or direction from others
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, find intersection points and see the bigger picture
Ability to create and implement a vision, with a bias for action and innovation that drives results

Identifies solutions for complex issues typically involving enterprise-level considerations
Expert written and verbal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
