As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager within the Consumer and community banking team, you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Agility Leads to uplift and support their products effectively.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
- Guide the team in successfully implementing agile practices across the organization.
- Partner with coaches and leaders to define and drive the strategic roadmap for agile adoption.
- Ensure alignment of agile methodologies with business objectives.
- Guide and support development teams in adopting agile practices to achieve organizational goals.
- Enable effective prioritization of work and delivery backlog for development teams.
- Utilize communication and influence skills to remove impediments for the team.
- Drive continuous improvement for development teams to enhance delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience or equivalent expertise in coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management.
- Experience in managing and developing individual contributors.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices.
- Expertise in agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks.
- Ability to monitor agility metrics and guide teams through complex projects with a focus on iterative progress and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on team collaboration.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training in Agile coaching, such as recognized coaching certifications.
- Experience with Data and Analytics products.
- Recommended skills: agile delivery, business acumen, change management, continuous improvement, coaching, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, verbal communication, adaptability, and decision making.
