As a Product Manager in Customer Acquisitions Platforms, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Crafts the product roadmap for key elements of the Utilities Platform and drive these features from discovery through launch
  • Manages key relationships, partner with engineering, architecture, and a diverse set of product teams across the enterprise to understand their needs, further integration with recommendation engine, and drive results
  • Communicates effectively and often, Be vocal, Share strategy, roadmap, progress and insights broadly and systematically. Craft the ideal narrative and cadence for different partner and stakeholder audiences
  • Serves as a central hub for knowledge by leveraging a deep curiosity about the digital product experience space, actively connect this curiosity and expertise to relevant teams to drive impactful change
  • Acts as a Technical & Customer Problem Solver by asking questions to define problems, understanding the platform's role within the Chase ecosystem, and identifying current and potential technologies and approaches to achieve objectives for technical products

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Possess a strong customer focus with the capability to establish and sustain productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, while effectively translating customer needs into clear product delivery or technical requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership skills by inspiring action and performance within the team and building credibility across the enterprise
  • Ability to translate disparate insights and data sources into clear, measurable, scalable features and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly dynamic environment. Strong partnership, consulting, and influence skills
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills a must.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile project methodologies and tools including JIRA. Know how to navigate JIRA, create issues, and understand more advanced capabilities such as creating dashboards and complex queries using JQL, and you can direct your teams in how to use them.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree required or relevant experience

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking, capable of generating new ideas and serving as a forward-thinking thought leader.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams, exhibiting a high degree of initiative and autonomy while effectively functioning as part of both in-person and virtual teams.
  • Experience in testing frameworks and best practices relevant to banking or financial services industries.
  • Exhibits flexibility and adaptability, able to swiftly and smoothly navigate changes.
