DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Lead efforts to attain product vision and objectives, translating into a backlog of features and user stories. Deliver on objectives and key results established in partnership with business and technology stakeholders. Manage and prioritize backlogs, collaborating with and representing business stakeholders in developing impactful product features. Facilitate conversations between the business and technology teams to determine the \"what\" and \"how\" of product features. Partner with product managers and directors to elaborate on features and user stories for planning cycles. Develop and write user stories that align with product features, ensuring that user stories meet the Definition of Ready and oversee their delivery to meet the Definition of Done. Develop and maintain partnerships with other technical and operational teams, leveraging these relationships to meet common project milestones and goals. Ensure completion of all necessary testing for each feature. Ensure that manual functional tests are converted into automated tests to sustain a high level of productivity of the scrum team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Any), Management Information Systems, Product Management, or related field of study plus 7 (Seven) years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Business Analyst, Technology Lead/Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Engineering (Any), Management Information Systems, Product Management, or related field of study plus 5 (Five) years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Business Analyst, Technology Lead/Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Product lifecycle management; Agile methodologies; Planning and executing product roadmaps; Developing business models to drive growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability; Defining product vision and strategy; Defining clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables; Feature prioritization based on strategic value, client impact, and resource constraints; Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends; Designing innovative solutions to address user needs and market opportunities; Creating prototypes and proofs of concept; Testing and validating product design; Collaborating with UX/UI designers to align product features with user needs and preferences; Identifying and evaluating potential new products and market expansions; Conducting feasibility studies to assess market demand, competitive positioning, and revenue potential; Leveraging data analytics tools and techniques to gather insights from user feedback, usage metrics, and market data; Making data-driven decisions based on performance indicators.
