As a Vice President on the Affluent Banking General Management team, you will be responsible for driving growth within our affluent business, focusing on leads, assignments, cross-channel journeys, and wealth management deepening. Job Responsibilities
- Optimize the affluent leads strategy across sales channels to drive growth for CPC and JPMPC, in partnership with sales strategy and data & analytics leads in each channel
- Inform the client assignment strategy across sales channels to ensure a seamless client/banker experience and deepen relationships, collaborating with sales strategy and data & analytics leads
- Drive cross-channel journey discussions to reduce friction and guide clients to channels that best meet their needs
- Identify opportunities to accelerate wealth management deepening in partnership with Wealth Management and sales channel partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client and banker experiences that drive growth
- Monitor and assess the impact of growth initiatives on business performance
- Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives to drive growth and deliver seamless banker and client experience across products, sales channels and line of businesses as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product or sales strategy within the financial services industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in a retail banking environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively problem-solve in partnership with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making with strong thought leadership and relationship management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing conditions
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- MBA degree preferred
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
