As a Product Director in Private Bank, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversees the regional product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
  • Partners with Regional CMOs to ensure digital priorities align with region strategies
  • Educates stakeholders and champions adoption of new web and email templates in each region
  • Manage global risk and controls, including ensuring compliance with accessibility standards such as the American Disabilities Act (ADA) in the US and the upcoming European Accessibility Act (EAA).
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility and engagement, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and mentor a team including a Digital Lead and Product Manager, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant experience delivering digital products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including direct reports such as a Digital Lead and Product Manager.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing strategies and execution, with a track record of driving customer engagement and product visibility.
  • Strong understanding of the product development life cycle, including experience in digital product delivery and governance.
  • Ability to define and execute a strategic roadmap for digital communications products, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders across various functions and regions to align digital priorities with organizational strategies.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing and product strategies.
