As a Product Delivery Manager in CTO Office within Identity & Access Management team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way
Job responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of privileged access management solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and meet compliance standards.
- Engage in Product Discovery with global stakeholders, including IT, security, and business units, to understand and fulfill their privileged access requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's technology stacks for managing both human and non-human identity access.
- Lead the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to enhance the security and efficiency of privileged access management.
- Identify and address issues related to privileged access management by applying problem-solving skills and a curious mindset.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies in identity and access management to continually enhance our processes and solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on Product delivery and 5+ years applied experience
- Hands on working across a variety of technology stacks and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, curious approach to addressing challenges.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of privileged access management principles and technologies.
- Familiar working in a global, cross-functional environment is highly desirable
