Product Delivery Associate - User Acceptance Testing

As a Product Delivery Associate in Debit Product team, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.

Job responsibilities

  • Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
  • Partners with the Product Owners and Product Analysts to ensure clear understanding of operational flows and customer experience expectations for UAT and end to end testing
  • Ensured quality acceptance criteria, including integration and negative testing, is written at all levels (initiative, epic, feature, story)
  • Building and execute a comprehensive test plan while identifying and managing issues and defects
  • Analyzing data to identify test cases/defects and aid in trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Managing to a data conditioning strategy
  • Partners with contacts from other applications and products for testing and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, specifically QA processes and test methodologies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
  • Working knowledge of Agile processes, principles, and related tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Clear and concise verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
  • Energetic self-starter with a focus on obtaining results
  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
  • Test Automation and knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium.
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Jira-Align, Confluence, MS-Excel
  • Experience writing SQL queries as well as automation scripting
