Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years' experience in project management, business management, technology, product ownership, consulting, process improvement or investment operations
- Strong communication and presentations skills
- Proven ability to create successful partnerships
- Experience managing product delivery across multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities
- Experience working in a geographically dispersed team environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Familiarity with Atlassian products
