DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Deliver real-time data addressing business use-cases to a broad set of analysts, data scientists and product owners across CCB, including D&A, Product and Marketing, Personalization, and Insights team. Develop custom solutions to enable and address analytics via Adobe Analytics and Customer Data Platform (Segment) to meet business objectives and collaborate with analysts to ensure data meets the business needs. Enable use cases that deliver revenue growth and efficiencies across CCB. Combine more than one streams of data by applying advanced logic and mathematics using complex event processing capabilities to create and generate signals through the Customer Data Platform. Build, maintain and scale derived audience capability to address Product, Marketing, Personalization and Channels complex use- cases that drive remarketing and acquisition in a stable and a scalable way, ensuring they are deployed effectively and efficiently. Automate, optimize, streamline and document the signal development and validation processes ensuring adherence to risk and controls policies. Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity using technical tools. Partner with Data Collection Team to diagnose issues with existing configurations and tags, providing recommendation. Create high quality analytical and insights business training documentation or dashboards, co-ordinate and deliver training sessions with audiences ranging from individual contributors, product teams to executives. Develop capabilities to proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use the insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene. Develop and maintain comprehensive controls to ensure processes are executing as designed. Perform root cause analysis on trends against the strategies and processes where issues arise, responsible for recommending and implementing appropriate resolutions. Ability to lead/support and partner with a 3 to 5 person team in managing the deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Engineering Management, Data Mining Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Delivery Associate, Data Analyst, Pricing and Reporting Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Data Mining Engineering,Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery Associate, DataAnalyst, Pricing and Reporting Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Experience in performing data analysis and explorations using SQL queries on Snowflake, SQL Server, Postgres, and S3 to extract meaningful insights and patterns; Developing and maintaining complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data analysis and reporting requirements; Participating in the development and implementation of data quality standards and best practices for data analysis within the organizations; Designing and Developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI, tableau, Google Analytics to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders; Performing analysis using techniques like data extraction, segmentation, funnels using Google Analytics; Extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from various sources using Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling to support data analysis and reporting requirements; Performing data analysis and explorations using Excel's advanced features and functions to extract meaningful insights and patterns from data sets; Working with regular expressions with a deep understanding of regex syntax and writing complex regular expressions for pattern matching, text extraction, validation tasks; Working with Jupyter Notebook for data exploration, analysis and visualization; Creating XPath queries and expressions to crawl, collect, and gather information from HTML, XML, webpages, and other online sources; and Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and command-line tools. Required Certifications: Implementing Predictive Analytics with Spark in Azure; Certificate in Business Analytics.
Job Location: 1301 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98101. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
