Great opportunity to join the presentation services team in Tokyo
Job Summary:
As a presentations specialist you will provide dedicated and responsive services to ensure corporate documents are consistent with J.P. Morgan format. We are looking for to hire a contractor. The individual will have to work in a shift from 10:00 - 19:00, Mondays to Fridays. Presentation Services sits within Global Corporate Finance Operations (GCFO) which provides dedicated and responsive services to ensure corporate documents are consistent with J.P. Morgan format. The team operates 24 hours for 5 days (Mondays to Fridays) and on Sunday night. Shift arrangements cover 8 hours per day and 5 days a week. Shift arrangement/Overtime work to cover someone on leave and/or other business needs are required occasionally in short notice. We work with our offshore centers (India) and the Global Presentation Services teams based in the US, EMEA, Argentina and APAC.

Job responsibilities:
- Ensure corporate documents are consistent with J.P. Morgan format in a template environment
- Partner closely with our offshore colleagues in India and other global members
- General administration or other duties
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge and strength in creating charts and tables, and working with Excel formulas
- Excellent typing and proofreading skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Sense of punctuality and high ethics
- Committed in approach and flexible attitude towards working hours/schedule
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
- Patience, perseverance and willingness to work under time pressure and a fast-paced environment in a professional manner
- Skill of Photoshop and/or Illustrator or willingness to learn them
