Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for Treasury Services.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on key initiatives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build and assess business cases.
  • Support business reviews and strategic content creation.
  • Act as a key support to TS F&BM leadership.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Establish and track cross-product KPIs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in financial services, focusing on treasury services or business management.
  • BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience with strategy or business management in financial services.
  • Openness to developmental feedback.
