As a Product Associate in Payments' Digital and Design, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Support leadership develop and promote Global Banking and Payments digital vision and offerings (including online, mobile, API)
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and communicate requirements, stories, and customer value associated with Digital & Design solutions
  • Support the development of internal and external thought leadership to promote Digital Channel capabilities
  • Develop sales collateral to ensure Global Banking Sales are able to communicate Digital & Design strategy and offerings to clients and prospects
  • Partner with Marketing to support development of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and search engine marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Internal Communications and Marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency of communications
  • Work with senior members of the Digital and Design team to support analysis, develop product strategy, and maintain product roadmaps
  • Maintain and excuse communications roadmap. Monitor communications performance metrics and KPIs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, product marketing, communications, or a relevant domain area
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives
  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Strong knowledge of corporate internal and employee communications strategies, best practices, implementation and execution; solid understanding of the financial services industry.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities:

  • Experience in Corporate Communications
  • Experience with project management
  • Familiar with web and social media marketing
  • Expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Additional software skills (Adobe, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, HTML), Confluence, Teams
