Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing overall KPI's and KRI's of the processes. Keeps abreast of new technologies and applications, and their implications for assigned area.
  • Working for overall management and oversight of APAC & EMEA - Cheque & Support functions handled by GCC. Responsible for team performance; training and feedback.
  • Exhibiting full knowledge and thorough understanding of payments lifecycle & payments processing.
  • Recognizing and drive regional improvement opportunities arising from local/global situations.
  • Ensuring all operation procedures are in compliance with industry and legal regulatory rules and guidelines both locally and globally.
  • Building exceptional relationship with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring implementation of best practices across the assigned branches.
  • Ensuring sufficient internal controls and procedures to minimize risk - able to drive the risks and controls agenda.
  • Executing regional projects across the branches in APAC & EMEA.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Has at least 10 years Cash Operations/Product experience with a Bank/GCC. Candidates with exposure to APAC/EMEA market.
  • Understanding of and experience in payment, cheque, clearing, Nostro recon etc.
  • Knowledge of various aspects of International Payment Processing Operations.
  • Working/Expert Knowledge of SWIFTS & international payment conventions & practices is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management.
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Flexibility in working hours / days.
  • Should be familiar with AI tools.
