As a Client Account Services (CAS) Party Reference Data Specialist within our dynamic team, you will be tasked with the timely and accurate completion of reference static data setup and maintenance across various lines of business and locations in the Party Central system.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily production processes and a project portfolio for strategic identifiers and BAU functions.
  • Drive daily and weekly stakeholder calls and resolve outstanding items and issues.
  • Undertake quality checks on records processed by the team and ensure issues are identified proactively.
  • Interface with stakeholders in front office, middle office, and client onboarding teams.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in party reference data and data quality management.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure transparency through metrics

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • You must have at least 7+ years of experience leading global operations teams
  • Experience in data management, process management, business management, project management , Process improvement & Lean, Client documentation, Data Quality
  • You must have a bachelor's degree or above
  • Extensive Reference Data background
  • Analyze data sets to identity fact patterns, root causes, key drivers, etc.
  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control
  • Research issues, ask relevant questions, connect concepts, and make recommendations
  • Work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
  • Experience in data management, process management, business management, project management , Process improvement & Lean
