The Market Leadership Team (MLT) program is a cross line of business (LOB) program designed to deliver the full force of the firm at a local level purposefully and cohesively. The MLTs are comprised of senior leaders from all LOBs in key markets across the U.S., brought together locally to develop, implement, and drive comprehensive market-specific strategies - which, along with local budgets, advance their business growth objectives while also supporting local engagement with employees and the community.
As a Market Growth Senior Associate within the MLT Business Growth team, you will be responsible for supporting MLTs and the MLT National program through market analysis, research, and reporting alongside our VPs and the MLTs they strategically support. Your work will inform and refine market strategies and drive execution to maximize the local MLT impacts and growth of the firm within their communities. You will also provide the MLTs with important market insights for them to activate in their markets, measure progress, and report metrics to show impact and outcomes of the work being done at a local level. The Market Growth Senior Associate has the excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior leaders across all lines of business; grow a knowledgebase of a variety of functions and businesses; and fuel meaningful, impactful initiatives as part of the MLT National team.
