As a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate on the Chase Wealth Management team, you'll help guide engagement and satisfaction efforts, overseeing the client end-to-end journey. Your team mentality will help you build strong partnerships and the shared satisfaction of knowing how far the work has come motivates you to drive further impact. Job Responsibilities

  • Guide a best in class client engagement strategy and manage the end to end client journey
  • Develop strategic briefs and be a champion for the creative-ensuring your campaigns launch flawlessly
  • Synthesize ongoing analytic insights that inform optimizations of marketing tactics
  • Commission research and strategize with creative experts to execute high-quality campaign creative, working with both internal teams and external agencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across a large matrixed organization, building relationships with marketing, content, product, analytics, technology, practice management, and the Advisor field.
  • Effectively guide awareness of our marketing campaigns to key stakeholders and the field of advisors, crafting clear internal communications and new playbooks
  • Work collectively with key partners to create solutions in a dynamic environment that address business needs and can be measured for success
  • Create executive level presentations to drive alignment
  • Implement streamlined and automated processes to improve efficiency in how we work

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of professional marketing experience within a matrixed organization working with cross functional teams
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - highly proficient in PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • B2C marketing, preferably in Financial Services
  • Experience in strategy: engagement, customer loyalty, retention or product marketing
  • Delivering real-time personalized & dynamic content with proven business results
