As a talented and data-driven Marketing Growth Lead (all genders) within our Growth Marketing Team you will help to drive efficient growth across our mobile and web properties. You will be working in an agile environment across teams, with plenty of opportunities to drive key initiatives and make an impact.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and own all Growth & Lifecycle marketing activities across online channels and from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support and approaching campaigns in a highly collaborative way
  • Build, lead, develop and coach a team of Growths managers
  • Own product initiatives for the Growth team, working closely with partners in data, marketing, engineering and martech to build new capabilities and optimise existing mechanics
  • Drive into the challenging parts of the funnel and work with product/marketing to plan in tests and drive improvements.
  • Drive the development of tools within our advertising/measurement stack, enabling data-informed decision making at pace
  • Support our data marketing platforms, regarding effective usage and compliance
  • Lead a squad focused on identifying customer pain points and running multi-variant tests to improve performance
  • Maintain and hold a high bar on effective documentation and structured project management, mentoring others within the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant experience and degree in marketing or in a related field
  • Willing & effective player/coach with a track record of building, leading and managing high performing teams a must
  • Detailed knowledge of advertising platforms, with experience in attribution (both web and app), conversion tracking and audience tools
  • Strong experience effectively using MMPs (i.e. Appsflyer) and CDPs to support efficient growth and data-informed decision making
  • Analytical and curious mindset with an aptitude to delve into data to identify trends and growth opportunities, experienced in testing
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on effective documentation and data flows to support collaboration
  • Team player with hands-on experience managing end-to-end initiatives within a fast-paced environment
  • Very advanced language skills in both German and English

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Understanding of working with data platforms, and an appreciation of the evolving privacy landscape, SQL skills
  • Experience working in a heavily regulated business, along with operating in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.
