Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on team leadership concepts and advanced applied experience
- Experience leading teams of technologists
- Ability to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned against a set of strategic initiatives
- Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
- Strong expertise in building distributed applications using the core Java spring framework.
- Strong expertise in building RESTful micro-services using spring boot application.
- Proficient in cloud native development with AWS
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle with a solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD
- Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming.

The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorganChase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls. The group's number one priority is to enable the business by keeping the firm safe, stable and resilient.
High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters.
