This role involves leading a team of business analysts to drive strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and support decision-making through data-driven insights. The VP will collaborate with senior leadership to align business analysis efforts with organizational goals and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and implement the business analysis strategy in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business analysis projects that support key business goals.

Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of business analysis projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across the organization.
- Lead initiatives to streamline business processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and methodologies for business analysis and process improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Proven track record of leading successful business analysis projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. is a plus
