As a Product Associate on the Advisor Platforms and Experience product team, you will be instrumental in developing an AI-driven agent ecosystem for JPMorgan US Wealth Management, supporting over 6,000 advisors and service team members. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about leveraging generative AI to enhance the advisor experience, driving productivity and efficiency. You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive product execution, navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and building and growing this innovative AI agent ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to execute product strategy, focusing on delivering AI agents to advisors and service teams.
  • Prepare and present materials for senior executive review, including updates on AI agent deployment and performance metrics.
  • Drive change management and field readiness processes to ensure successful adoption of AI agents by advisors and service teams.
  • Utilize data analytics, product metrics, and user feedback to prioritize and refine AI agent features and functionalities.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to inform AI agent development and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Identify and address implications of data and analysis with the team, supporting cross-product prioritization.
  • Facilitate omni-channel roll-out and feedback collection to continuously improve AI agent performance and user satisfaction.
  • Lead AI enablement initiatives, including training programs and strategic communications, to support the integration of AI agents into the advisor workflow.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, generative AI, product management, or similar roles, preferably with experience managing strategic or transformational change.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills - ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Passionate about learning new trends in the industry and staying updated on AI developments.
  • Experience being part of a delivery team that spans multiple initiatives, with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities, delivering AI agents to advisors and service teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, say 'no' when required, and ensure the organization is on track to execute against the product roadmap and deliver strategic change.
  • Execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations. Contribute by sharing diverse points of view and help build consensus.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • "Self-starter" with the ability to manage modules and problem-solve with a certain level of guidance.
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in management consulting and digital product desired.
  • M.B.A. or graduate degree in a relevant field desired
