The focus of this team and role will center on banking and short-term liquidity products including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and cash sweep programs as well as Money Market Funds, T-bills, and other short-term managed strategies.

As a Senior Banking Associate, within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will be a part of an exciting opportunity for a talented, results-driven professional to join the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Banking team. The role involves supporting the Head of Banking in promoting education, awareness, and growth of the banking platform. This includes project management oversight on growth initiatives, collaboration on business metrics, strategy presentations, and the broader banking roadmap. The role offers experience in product development distribution, including strategy development, content creation and design, sales marketing, and financial analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely alongside Head of WM Banking on strategic growth initiatives, including research, data analysis, strategy presentations, feedback and follow-up
  • Manage WM Banking roadmap in partnership with leadership team; assessing progress on goals and identifying delays and milestone achievements
  • Provide general support on key product and sales initiatives, including but not limited to process development, project planning and management, and communications development
  • Evaluate and improve upon various manual processes managed by the Banking team
  • Work closely with Finance lead to develop and track key performance metrics for sales verticals
  • Work closely with Marketing lead on the timely distribution and cadence of marketing materials
  • Liaise across the firm as appropriate, establishing and maintaining partnerships with product, technology, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, finance, and operations

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 3 years of financial services experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate and synopsize data for decision-making
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Advanced project management, problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Organizational skills imperative.
  • Interpersonal skills including ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to actively work within a team environment while driving accountability for personal goals
  • Independent, personable, proactive learner and listener
