Join a team of dedicated to advancing research and evidence-based policy proposals informed by the data, insights, expertise, and resources of JPMorganChase in collaboration with colleagues from across the Corporate Responsibility department and the JPMorganChase lines of business.

As an Insights & Impact associate on the Research, Policy & Insights team, you will work across the Corporate Responsibility organization to support the advancement of CR's thought leadership and impact. You will support the development and execution of Insights and Impact campaigns and other projects, including amplifying the research findings and policy recommendations of the JPMorganChase Institute and PolicyCenter. Your core responsibilities will include the development and management of content production and design, project management, writing, and stakeholder engagement and messaging.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans for external publications and campaigns, including: creating and managing project timelines; coordinating across internal and external teams; developing and executing stakeholder outreach plans; and tracking impact and outcomes
  • Draft and edit materials like research or project briefs, stakeholder communications (e.g., email marketing, outreach toolkits, social media), and other content
  • Strengthen organizational processes and systems, including process documentation, engagement tracking and analytics (e.g., web, email marketing, social), and/or risk management activities (e.g., approvals), by researching best practices and collecting feedback from colleagues across Corporate Responsibility
  • Build and maintain relationships across Corporate Responsibility and the lines of business to support shared goals and manage risks appropriately
  • Support development and delivery of strategic stakeholder outreach plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to amplify Corporate Responsibility work and sustain internal and external engagement; responsibilities may include: supporting digital channel engagement strategy, researching stakeholder and policy issues; drafting long- and short-form content, e.g., social media, policy briefs, etc.; and coordinating pre- and post-release briefings on research or other public initiatives
  • Support strategy and logistics of internal and external events, as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Passion for Corporate Responsibility mission to advance inclusive, equitable economy
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and collaborative decision-making skills
  • Flexibility and organization to manage dynamic timelines and competing priorities
  • Positive self-starter with strong independent problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience and success in roles requiring attention to detail
  • Deep prior experience with core Microsoft Office applications

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in community engagement, policy, public affairs, communications or related areas a plus
  • Experience with project management tools a plus
