Summary:

ADP GlobalView is hiring Data Insights Consultant roles for the newly formed GlobalView Data Insight team under the Global Business Transformation Office.

The Data Analyst will be an experienced Analyst /Consultant who performs recurring and ad hoc analysis, derive insights from the data, and partner with the business to translate the insights into actionable items that contribute to our business transformation and continuous improvement objectives to improve the client experience and scalability of our service offering. This role is also accountable for dashboard/visualization creation and is the change agent to drive change management of target audience.

What will you do?

Analysis and Insights

  • Perform analysis and interpretation of data to deliver actionable insights on a recurring basis on topics of client-ADP interactions, client voice, product usage, processing activities, and data of other operational areas.
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to enable the business to make data-driven decisions.
  • Derive insights from the data, and partner with the business to translate the insights into actionable items to drive transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Assist manager to perform ad hoc analytics on strategic asks from the leadership team.

Data Acquisition and Visualization

  • Contribute to data governance and improve the definition of Key KPIs. Interact with business partners to confirm information for accuracy as needed.
  • Acquire and consolidate data from different data sources and automate the pipeline.
  • Learn the business processes to effectively generate insights and visualizations for our business partners.
  • Design, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards for easy consumption by the business stakeholders through various BI toolsets.

Data quality and accuracy:

  • Identify the data availability and quality gaps and propose recommendation for fix/mitigation.
  • Work with the stakeholders in driving process changes to improve data quality and availability.
  • Work with manager in creation of the requirements for BI tool enhancements.

Change Champion & Communication

  • Train business partners and champions on how to utilize dashboard reports and continuously improve to increase readability and usability.
  • Excellent communication and story-telling skills with the ability to present complex concepts to management, team members, and non-technical audiences in a simple, easy-to-understand way.

To succeed in this role:

  • A curious and continuous learning mindset is a must.
  • 3+ years prior experience in a Data Insights Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or Analytics consultant role. Experiences (Equivalent of 3 years ADP/Multi-national payroll experiences).
  • Knowledge of ADP GlobalView or Multiple Country Payroll is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and creating insights from data.
  • Strong Power BI, experience to build impactful visualizations.
  • Familiar of SQL server, Databricks and AWS and knowledge in Microsoft process mining tools is a plus.
  • Experience in creating compelling storylines (using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong presentation skills.
  • Strong investigative, problem-solving mindset; experience leveraging both data and business experience to devise analysis and identify actions for improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline preferred (statistics, math, economics, data science), master's or advanced certificates a plus.
