As the Expatriate Payroll Sr. Associate, you will manage payroll for all global expatriate employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will coordinate with HR, finance, and vendors, and maintain data integrity when processing payroll. Your role includes timely payments and providing strategic insights for global mobility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing for expatriates.
- Create and update standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the HCM Product team on payroll configurations.
- Ensure accurate payroll execution with internal teams.
- Address calculation issues related to configurations or pay rules.
- Contribute on a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Understand the employee experience and work collaboratively with our Service Delivery and Product team in the continuous improvement of our platform.
- Understand the requirements of the business related to pay types, programs and policies.
- Responsible for analyzing payroll data and identifying discrepancies in the results.

Qualifications
- Advance English Level required.
- 3+ years Expat Payroll experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify problems and systematically gather data, identify root cause and address data integrity issues as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Desire to innovate and improve processes with an eye toward automation.
- Able to work effectively in a time sensitive environment, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams within HR.
- Oracle HCM Experience (nice to have)
- AssignmentPro Experience (nice to have)
