Global Supplier Services Approvals - Senior Customer Success Associate

Bonifacio Global City, Philippines

This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a Senior Customer Success Associate, you will control execution across the expense approval strategy and experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Process documentation, operational workflows, visual presentations and product enhancement process / project management
  • Process operationally , including performance of system data entry and approval activity tracking to enable proper reporting & business analytics
  • Review emerging trends in issues gathered from clients and customers to drive process improvements and determine the root cause of approval question/ issues
  • Prepare organization for upcoming technology or policy changes through change management, process documentation, training, learning sessions and demos to team members, clients and stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience in operations, customer/client servicing, procurement, or other service delivery customer facing roles
  • Experience with operational workflow design and control assessments
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution of operational requests.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy (including experience and skills interfacing with senior leaders)
  • Strategic thinking and decision making skills (i.e. proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership, and follow-through developing actionable recommendations)
  • Working knowledge of Ariba, Beeline, Concur or SAP reporting, a plus
  • Knowledge of Source to Pay, Expense and Approvals business processes, a plus

Global teams support sourcing, third party oversight, procurement and payment operations, supplier relationship management and customer experience.
