Global Fees and Commission - Product Owner- Associate

The Global Fees Product team is responsible for several fee platforms and associated tools, which are used to bill over 1.5M clients and manage their advisory, custody, brokerage, and other fees and commissions. Our platforms are used by the Front Office and Operations. As a Product Associate, you will play a critical role in building applications for more than 11,000 users globally with end-to-end ownership of one or more of the tools in the suite of applications including user experience and functional requirements. The position is ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate about usability and design.

Product Associate serve a critical role in our organization and are responsible for executing product vision in partnership with business and operations stakeholders as well as technology. Our Product Associates have the right passion, strategic vision, and subject matter expertise to drive our products forward with strong focus on automation and usability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own/support the product vision, goals and objectives, define requirements, and prioritize delivery in order to maximize the business value of the technology investment
  • Translate the product roadmap in Epics and stories, and drive refinement with technology team
  • Lead end-to-end management and product delivery across the full product lifecycle including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure in partnership with the global user community, stakeholders, Design, and Technology.
  • Effectively drive agile team toward robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle.
  • Develop clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and other materials as needed to support UX research, design and development
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners across partners in the Business, Technology, Design, Operations, and control functions across lines of business.
  • Embody true "customer-obsession" in identifying and leveraging user data, industry trends, and varying forms of user feedback to shape our design and roadmap.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management or program management or business analysis assisting in strategic or transformational change strongly preferred, with 5-10 years of overall work experience.
  • Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Digital Banking, or a closely related business required.
  • Experience managing product delivery with varying timelines, priorities and complexities.
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships- with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrums).
  • Experience working with Jira and managing boards and plans.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
