Job Summary: As a GEOS Specialist within Business Support Management, you will manage end-to-end onboarding, technology provisioning, and real estate moves, ensuring seamless employee transitions and system access support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and seamlessly execute end to end white glove onboarding to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for new joiners.
  • Provision technology hardware, applications and market data
  • Perform a broad range of operational and control functions such as maintenance of floor plans, recertification of system entitlements and access, execution of real estate moves, manage technology asset capture and provide general white glove trouble shooting support for the business
  • Process off boarding, transfers and relocations
  • Work closely with senior leadership to facilitate a wide range of projects and daily work as required.
  • Address performance successes and concerns with Manager-Associates
  • Enforce a strong control/ compliance environment and continually identify ways to mitigate risk in the daily work

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Client service mindset, recognized as a natural leader, coach, mentor, and valued partner.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
