Job summary

As an Associate you will be responsible for New Client Onboarding operations/Fund Events that involves - Reconciliations, Processing, Validating Transactions, Resolving Inquiries, Accounting Transitions, Process Automation & Efficiencies and Serving as a contact for escalations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage new client onboarding, including tax and accounting transitions, and handle incremental transitions and restructures of existing client records.
  • Address support queries related to transition processing and upload all transition components as per client instructions.
  • Analyze the tax impact of transitions and liaise with internal teams for timely query resolution.
  • Reconcile on boarded positions to original source information, ensuring accuracy in accounting and tax records.
  • Communicate with service partners to resolve inquiries and participate in various projects.
  • Ensure the integrity of fund records and collaborate with teams to deliver the Onboarding controls agenda.
  • Document and review Client Specifics and Standard Operating Procedures, and provide business performance transparency to Senior Management.
  • Maintain team skill sets through training, manage client relationships, establish and comply with policies to strengthen controls, and lead initiatives in Efficiency, Controls, Audit, and BCP.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • You will have 7-8 years of work experience in Financial Sector industry
  • Graduate / Post graduate with major in Finance/Accounting will be added value.
  • You will have very strong attention to detail in review of documents and analytical review capabilities in relation
  • You will posses the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines at peak delivery times
  • You will be result and target oriented, self motivated
  • You will have the ability for client focused and control orientated environment
  • You will have knowledge in MS office
